OSMBC’s, Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members
Friday, September 28, 2018. 3:00 pm – 5 pm

The OSMBC board members invite you to meet for an update on our progress and achievement, as well as election of the new board members.

Location: 1 Yonge St, Suite 202, Toronto ON M5E 1E5 (take the west elevators near Starbucks to the 2nd floor Boardroom)

Time: meeting starts at 3 pm sharp. Please arrive between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm.

OSMBC holds its first Annual General Meeting

OSMBC held its first annual general meeting of the members on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Grand Hotel in dowtown Toronto. The Honourable Jeff Leal, Minister Responsible for Small Business attended the event, and members had an opportunity to thank him for his presence and discuss continued cooperation between OSMBC and the ministry.

OSMBC members elected their new Board of Directors, with the following members serving in officer positions:

Bud Derakhshani – President

Rich O’Hanlon – Vice-President and Communications

Nash Radovanovic – Treasurer

Ashind Thukral – Director of Memberships
